2011. Head Coach OC Waves/WPSL National Champions

2009. Head Coach LA Sol Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS). League Champions, WPS Finalists.

2000-Present. Laguna Hills Soccer Club Eclipse. Founder and Director of Coaching. Developed program philosophy, curriculum and guidelines, including coaches’ education. Directed College Showcase for Elite Teams from the US, ages U15-U18 for recruiting purposes. Hire, supervise and evaluate staff of 14 coaches, includes 4 full-time with 24 teams.

1996-2004. Head Coach Region IV Women’s ODP Team. The team won Gold Medals at the US Soccer Festival in 1996, 1998, 2000, and 2002. The team also won the Silver Medal in 1999 and 2001.

1995-2001. Mission Viejo Soccer Club Elite. Director of Coaching girls program. Coached MVSC Mirage to State Championships in 1997, 1998, and 2000. Regional Champions and National Finalists in 1999.

1995. Head Coach Nightmares Women’s Club USWISL (Nike W League) to Western Pacific Division Championship and National Finalists.

2004-2008. United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) Head Coach Women’s National Team.

1993-1995. GU15 Valley United Wildthings. Playing up one age bracket, won the GU16 State and Regional Championship and finished 3rd at Nationals. 1994 won State Cup and Regional Finalists. Seven players from the Wildthings signed professional contracts and played in the former WUSA League.

1992-1998. Western Region youth ODP staff, 1996 GU17 Regional Team assistant Coach. 1991-1996. Olympic Development Program (ODP) for youth. 1991-1995 GU16 assistant coach. Head Coach 1995-1996 GU14.1990-1994. Head Coach Beverly Hills High School.1989-1996. (USASA). California Soccer Association-South State Women’s Team (ODP). Trained and selected players to compete at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs for purposes of Regional and National Team selection. Won 5 Regional Championships. Joy Fawcett, Carin Jennings, and Julie Foudy was selected to US National Team for 1991 World Cup in China.1987-1990. Head Coach Ajax Manhattan Beach Women’s Soccer Club. Won 1988 and 1990 State Championships.

California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) Coach of the Year 1995 and 2005.
Guided 13 players to the professional ranks, 31 players to Regional teams, 22 players to National Teams, and 5 players to World Cup competition.
Groomed Amy Rodriguez to become 2005 Gatorade National High School Player of the Year. Women’s USA National World Cup and Olympic Teams.
