GOALS AND COACHING PHILOSOPHY

My objective as a coach is to develop players in every aspect of the game from technical to tactical ability and to foster a real passion for the game of soccer. I make every effort to create a challenging and fun atmosphere for the players and I continue to challenge and improve myself as a coach through formal coaching education courses and learning from my peers and colleagues. Good sportsmanship and fair play is top priority and something I expect from my players at all times. Health and fitness are a big part of my life and I encourage all players to make nutrition and healthy living a part of their lives as an athlete. Ultimately, I hope to realize that the players whom I have coached will take with them life skills and fond memories that well make them better people off the soccer field and beyond their days as a player.
